With an arresting fusion of color and form, Spine evokes the raw vitality of a central life force. The composition’s golden core radiates outward in tension with the surrounding shades of blue and violet, suggesting both protection and vulnerability — much like a spine encasing a nerve center. The piece invites reflection on strength, alignment, and the delicate architecture that supports existence. Using fluid acrylics, Tuğcu masterfully captures movement, energy, and emotion, drawing the viewer into a visceral, almost anatomical abstraction.
