“İş Sonrası”, gündelik emeğin, yorgunluğun ve durup nefes alma anının resmedildiği çarpıcı bir çalışmadır. Maskesiyle oturmuş bir işçi figürü; pandemi sonrası dönemin yalnızlığını, umudunu ve dayanıklılığını içinde barındırır. Elindeki simit, sıradanlığın ve yaşamın sürekliliğinin bir sembolüdür. Sanatçı, şehrin merkezinde, kalabalığın içinde yalnızlaşan bir figür üzerinden hem bireysel hem toplumsal bir hafızayı sorgular. “After Work” is a powerful portrayal of daily labor, fatigue, and the human need to have a break and breathe. The simit (a traditional Turkish bagel) in his hand symbolizes the continuity of everyday life. Through the lonely figure surrounded by the crowd of the city, the artist questions both personal and collective memory.
